As construction progresses on the Ladyface Greenway Project, we would like to inform you that there will be no construction activities on the following days in observance of the upcoming holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day: November 28, 2024
- Day After Thanksgiving: November 29, 2024
- Christmas Eve: December 24, 2024
- Christmas Day: December 25, 2024
- New Year’s Eve: December 31, 2024
- New Year’s Day: January 1, 2025
Currently, pile drilling and concrete pouring activities are proceeding with the utmost care. To ensure optimal load-bearing capacity, special attention is being given to the precise placement of rebar—a steel reinforcement cage designed to provide strength and stability once the concrete is poured. An example of rebar placement is shown to the right.
